In this webinar, Claire will explore the poetry of Adrienne Rich and share resources and methodologies for simplifying her poetry in class. Focus will be on:

• Rich’s central themes and stylistic features 
• 5 poems which convey these and can be used to respond to a broad range of questions 
• How to read and explore these poems in class 
• Advice on past exam questions 
• A full set of notes will be provided 

Bio of Presenter: Claire Cotter

Claire Cotter is an English and history teacher in Christian Brothers College, Cork where she also works as the school’s AEN Coordinator. She runs the website mscottersclass.com where she shares notes for English and history teachers.
