Target Audience: Irish Primary and Post-Primary School Principals, Deputy Principals and administrative Staff who are looking for ways to reduce "paperwork fatigue" and improve operational efficiency

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Identify specific administrative tasks and school policies that can be safely and effectively streamlined using AI.
• Differentiate between general-purpose AI (like ChatGPT) and "pre-prompted" platforms like AskArk that are tailored to the Irish public domain and Department of Education requirements.
• Execute the generation of school-specific documents, such as draft policies or community newsletters, ensuring everything is compliant with DOE guidelines & circulars
• Assess the benefits of AI in reducing "paperwork fatigue," allowing for a greater focus on instructional leadership and staff wellbeing.
• Navigate the practicalities of AI adoption in a school setting, including a basic understanding of how the platform handles publicly available educational information
• Wellbeing: Learn how to prevent burnout among staff and leadership team through safe AI use
